New Construction Interior Finishes Design Consultant - Creative Design Interiors- Manteca, CA Californias number one new residential interior finish company supplying flooring, cabinets, counter-tops, and window coverings is seeking Designers. Designers will work in a fun fast paced environment assisting builders and new residential construction homeowners with interior finishes. This is a commission based position. Description: Sales driven with acustomer comes first" attitude. Confer with clients to determine architectural preferences, purpose and function of environment/space,budget, type of construction, equipment and materials to be installed, and other factors which affect planning interior environments. Integrates findings with knowledge of interior design and formulates environmental/space plan to be practical, esthetic, consistent with client preferences and conducive to intended purpose of the environment/space Advises client on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, color schemes, and color coordination, types and function of available materials Renders design ideas inform of paste ups, drawings, or illustrations, estimates material types,requirements and costs, and presents design to client for approval. Communicate with Production, Sales, Design Center, and Warehouse staff to avert problems
