Responsible for the organization and co-ordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This is for proposed business. All employment offers are contingent uponTransdevwinning the proposal for business. This is a fixed route operation with 47 buses and 90 employees. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Manage all Accounts Payable functions at the Division level Provides various reports to Corporate for month-end processing Process Certified Payroll Ensure that all business and contract licenses are up to date Handle customer complaints and inquiries Maintain office correspondence Maintain office equipment and supplies Assign and monitor clerical responsibilities of staff Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data Design and implement office policies and procedures Co-ordinates schedules, appointments and bookings Support field staff operations Recruiting and other HR related tasks Perform a variety of administrative duties that come with managing office operations Other duties as required
